Ray O'Connor MW will be presenting a trade masterclass focused at the 6000 year of Thrace culture and how it has shaped the Bulgarian wine industry today.
You'll be guided through nine iconic wines, featuring indigenous varieties from prestigious wineries, such as; Villa Melnik, Burgozone, Tipchenitza & Aya Estate.
Six of the nine participating wineries are seeking UK representation.
